Before launching our business, we were simply two friends with a vision. We saw the potential of solar, but also recognised that the industry could be more consistent, reliable and customer-focused.

Born from the idea that we could do it better ourselves, Solar City Electrical was founded with a clear focus on quality workmanship, honest advice and customer satisfaction.

With experience across a range of electrical fields, we set out to create a company that delivers a gold-star standard from start to finish—providing tailored solar, battery and electrical solutions that our clients can rely on for years to come.

How much can I save with solar?

Your savings depend on your energy use, system size, roof layout and electricity rates. We assess these factors and recommend a system designed to deliver the best value for your home.

Do you handle the installation in-house?

Yes. Our own in-house electricians handle the installation from start to finish, so you know who is responsible for the quality of the work and ongoing support.

Can I add a battery to my solar system?

Yes. We can install a battery with a new solar system or assess whether a battery can be added to your existing system to help you use more of the energy you generate.

How long does a solar installation take?

Most residential solar installations are completed in one day. Larger systems, battery installations or more complex sites may take longer, but we will explain the expected timeframe before work begins.
