We then design the right-sized system and provide a clear proposal before work begins.
2. Site assessment & panel layout
Before installation, we assess roof orientation, shading, available roof space and access requirements. Our team plans a balanced, neat panel layout that makes the best use of your roof while maintaining a clean finish from the street.
3. Professional installation
Our own qualified electricians install the mounting system, panels, inverter and all required electrical protection equipment. Mounting rails are trimmed neatly, panel rows are aligned, and all equipment is installed in a practical, serviceable location.
4. Neat cabling & workmanship
Where practical, cabling is concealed through wall and roof cavities. Where conduit is required, it is routed carefully and finished neatly. We take pride in the parts of the installation you can see — and the parts you cannot.
5. Testing & commissioning
Once installed, your system is thoroughly tested, safety checked and commissioned. We confirm it is generating correctly, connect monitoring where applicable, and show you how to view your solar production and household energy use.
6. Ongoing support
Solar City Electrical is here after installation as well. If you need help understanding your monitoring, are considering a battery later on, or have questions about your system, you can speak directly with the team that installed it.
